NEW, built in 2023! Welcome to The Serenity Lake Hutch, your home away from home! If you are searching for the perfect beach vacation spot, your search is over. Located in the heart of Port Clinton and the Lake Erie Islands, this New Ranch style cottage encompasses everything you would expect in a lakeview home. You will be very close to the Jet Express to enjoy a day of Island hopping and fun! Less than 2 minutes from the ferry as well as downtown Port Clinton for live weekend music and festivals throughout the summer. Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open floor plan, with tall ceilings, premium furnishings and bright airy windows offering lake views. There is a spacious well-equipped Kitchen and dining room seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a king size bed with en suite bath. The soaking Tub is great for relaxing and sipping some local wine. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and large closet. The 3rd bedroom includes double sized bunk beds to sleep all the kids. The second bathroom is great for larger groups with a full tub/shower. From the Living room you can get a great view of the park and lake. 3 doors down from the public beach access in Port Clinton with everyone’s beach side enjoyment. The sandy bottom and gradual sloping water depth allow for some of the best swimming in the area. This is the perfect place to sit under the stars with a cocktail while catching glimpses of shooting stars. Cedar Point is about 19 miles away making this location great for a day at the park. This house can also be rented with the house next door to sleep up to 16 total guests for a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Please send an inquiry about booking both homes.
