Located on Lake Michigan’s pristine north shore and offering 120 feet of private soft sand beach, this truly spectacular home encompasses everything you would expect in a beach front home. Entering the home, you are greeted with a large open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and bright airy windows offering exceptional lake views from almost every room. There is a spacious well-equipped Kitchen with bar seating for 4 and table seating for 6. The sink has Purified Reverse Osmosis drinking water so you won't have to bring or buy bottled water! You will also find the washer/dryer as well as Bedroom/Bathroom 1 in this area of the home. Next you will enter the Great Room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, cozy couch seating for 5 and a 60-inch HDTV. Off to one side of the Great Room are Bedrooms 2 & 3 along with Bathroom 2. Flowing through to the other side is the large waterfront Sunroom with captivating panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Inside this room you will find yourself encompassed by beauty. This stunning room is furnished with a dining table for 6, a full sleeper sofa, and ample seating/comfort as you sit and take in Lake Michigan’s vast beauty. From the Sunroom you can access the wrap around deck, teak table, grill and outdoor shower. As you step off the deck you are just 30 steps away from the sugary soft sand and the crystal-clear water of Lake Michigan. Outside there is something for everyone’s beach side enjoyment. Some of the amenities provided are Adirondack chairs, kayaks, water and sand toys, and a Little Tikes playground. The soft sandy bottom and gradual sloping water depth allow for some of the best swimming in the area. On the other end of the beach is a firepit. This is the perfect place to sit under the stars with a relaxing bonfire while catching glimpses of shooting stars. We do require a "Security/Damage Hold" for all rentals.
